Consultation

Upon contacting us, we schedule an onsite consultation where we listen to your objectives and goals for the remodel. It’s here that we discuss the possibilities within the project(s) while attaining a better understanding of your timeline, budget, and any additional parameters and specific needs in order to provide an accurate proposal.

Scope of Work & Detailed Estimate

After the initial consultation, we deliver and review a scope of work to you, along with a detailed honest estimate. Each phase of the project will be broken down to provide a transparent understanding of our services and our timeline

Design & Selections

We offer professional design services that can not only create a space with tailored choices but make your build-out a seamless experience. Once under contract, the design and finish selections of the project begins. After sitting with you to learn the desired look and feel for the project, we carefully present design options that meet your needs and improve the day-to-day lives of our clients.

Construction

From the moment the dumpster pulls onto site, we treat your home like ours. From floor coverings and isolating the remodeling area, we make sure the area is cleared on daily basis and organize daily. Regular updates will keep you informed of progress and ensure you are satisfied every step of the way.

Belky is Design Renovation’s Project Manager. Belky has more than 25+ years in the Customer Experience and Insurance industry. Belky works hand in hand with Danny and employees to make sure clients expectations are met. Belky makes sure to define the project scope, objectives and desired outcomes for clients. Belky will be with you from the start to finish of the project.
